What if I don’t see Pods for my PWC?

We are woking on expanding our inventory. Demand makes all the difference so submit your custom footwell order today! We will reach out and let you know if we're in production or looking to add it to the schedule soon.

What if I want to use speakers other than JL Audio, Fosgate, or Skar?

No worries, we know you may prefer a different speaker. At checkout you’ll be asked if you prefer “other” speakers. In that case we ask for some information so that we can ensure that we make your pods to hold your specific speaker face. There may be an additional charge due to the changes we’ll be making to your custom Pods as we want to ensure you get a perfect fit.

Can I get Quadra Freq and Super Freq Pods in different colors?

At this time all Freq and Super Freq pods are being printed in black.

What if I have questions about the installation?

We have an installation video on YouTube. However, we realize you may still have some concerns so feel free to call, we’re happy to answer your questions.

Do I have to worry about getting water in my Freq Pod?

The Freq footwell pods have drain holes to allow water to flow back out.

How long does it take to make my Pods?

In general that depends on which product you choose and what we have in stock. It could take up to 2 weeks to get your order shipped. We will be in contact if we think it may take a bit longer.

When would I use the gauge protectors?

Some older model PWC’s have had issues with gauges when sitting in the sun, these covers are a great way to keep your gauges protected. We use ours when they’re sitting outside at the house and while traveling to the lake. Ours have stayed in place for 12 hour + drives.

What is the point of the tuning ports?

The tuning ports are unique to Freq and Super Freq Pods. Soundwaves created these unique pods and ports so that you can tune to your music preference. You can test the ports to see which is best for the music highs and lows you prefer or you can choose no port at all. You can even try one port for awhile then switch to another - the choice is yours!

Who originally designed the Freq Pods?

I am glad you asked! Soundwaves owner and founder, Richard Marquez, created and designed all Freq Pods. Freq and Super Freq Pods with tuning ports are patent pending. And everything is designed and made in the USA!

Can you ship internationally?

Yes, Soundwaves can ship internationally. Please contact us and we’ll work with you directly.

Returns, Restocking & Shipping Policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any custom orders or products.

Returns may be considered only with prior authorization and must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging and condition. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned without authorization may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

1-Year Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge for parts or labor.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or accidents

  • Damage from water intrusion, impact, or environmental exposure beyond intended use

  • Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

  • Shipping damage (must be reported to carrier upon delivery)

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to us for warranty evaluation. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping within the continental U.S.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only and does not cover removal, installation, labor, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages.
